Get Everything you need to plan a Road Trip with TripTik Travel Planner. Along with vacation planning details, trip maps and traveling directions, You can find AAA Approved hotels and restaurants local to where you are staying. You can also view and book hotels along the route you are planning as it reviews every hotel on your trip route. Yet we haven't needed this option it also will notify you where electric vehicle charging stations are located.
The most handy tool that we liked was it calculated your driving distance and gave you an idea of how much gas you would use and spend. It has been extremely accurate on every time we have used it. It made it easy to plan our day knowing the distance between each place we wanted to stop and Explore.
We always plan the trip there, to make sure we don't miss anything. The Trip home is never planned and we just go with the flow. I suggest doing this because its fun, Sometimes you have to throw caution to the wind and just wing it! You may explore something that will leave you in AWE!
Print AAA Maps and Go
This is so you are all set for your trip. Although we all have GPS it is nice to act like a co~pilot and follow the route and know what is up ahead. We have found many roadside adventure doing this. When we would arrive into an area, I would search on my cell phone "things must see in (?)" It pulls up stuff local that you wouldn't have known unless you where with in the radius.
